Payment is due when the order is placed. Personal checks or money orders should be made payable to The Speckled Goose. You will receive a confirming email when your order is received. All checks returned for non-sufficient  funds will be charged $25.00  returned check fee.

 

Note: There will be a 10 day waiting period for checks and money orders to clear before your items are mailed.
 

 

 

Guarantee

Some items are one-of-a-kinds while others we can make again and again. Please note that some items will vary in colors and sizes, but we will do our best to let you know of  those differences right away. We want you to be satisfied with your product and know that you are paying for a quality product.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right for you. Your satisfaction is our priority!

 

 

Return Policy

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition when returned as when we shipped it originally.


However, shipping costs is the customers' responsibility.
